Call-out fees are costs we incur to drive to you and back to our office when we are done. We have chosen a fixed amount so that you always know in advance where you stand. The hours you pay are the hours counted from the moment we arrive at your first address to the moment we finish at your last address.
Yes, you can. However, please note that changes must be communicated until at least 7 days in advance. Should you communicate changes within 7 days, we may recover any cancellation fees from you.
You can do some things yourself in advance to ultimately reduce the number of moving hours and thus the costs. For example, you can already take all boxes and small items with you to your new home. What also saves a lot is if, for example, you already have the things from the attic ready in the living room or the garage/barn. Dismantling furniture in advance also saves a lot of time on moving day. Of course, you can also help with lugging things around during the move.
Everything can be moved, but we do have one caveat regarding waterbeds. Moving the waterbed is no problem, but we do not do the draining and refilling. There are specialised companies for this. Moving a safe, piano or grand piano should not be a problem. However, you should take its weight into account. Two movers will not be able to move a grand piano, for example. For that, we need at least four movers. This may also apply to a heavy safe or piano.
Of course. It is not necessary, but it saves time and money if you help. You can make sure that everything is ready beforehand, but you can also help carry boxes and furniture to the removal van during the move. In any case, our experienced movers will always load and unload the removal van. This is professional work and we do it like the best! Upon completion of the move, an invoice will be prepared for you. In principle, you have already paid this invoice in cash or by pin to the removal team. This invoice is then also for your own records.
